DescriptionWe propose a thumb-and-index-finger-free haptic device for VR, leveraging asymmetric vibrations to create traction illusions. This device, compatible with hand-tracking and VR controllers, uses a fingerband for secure grip and features wireless connectivity. Demonstrated within an AR spatial haptic system, it enables intuitive, immersive interactions with traction and weight sensations.
