Daniel Fallshaw
Biography
Dan Fallshaw is a filmmaker, visual artist and producer, creating thought-provoking media to shift the balance of power. His work has premiered at A-list film festivals, screened in cinemas, and been broadcast around the world. In 2017 he won a Walkley for "The Fight," also nominated for the IDA Best Documentary Short, among other international awards. In 2009, Fallshaw co-directed, produced, shot, edited and sold to PBS, the controversial and award-winning documentary Stolen. He’s produced The Bolivian Case, Cocaine Prison and Prison X. The feature documentary, La Lucha recently premiered at the Blackstar Film Festival and will be broadcast on PBS in 2024. He’s studied science, education, and design and is now exploring the potential of XR.
