Shinji Miyahara received his M.S. in Information System Engineering from the Graduate School of Osaka University in 2004. He joined NTT Corporation the same year, focusing on research in the field of Human Informatics (HI). In 2006, he moved to NTT Communications Corporation, where he was involved in the development and commercialization of recommendation engines. In 2009, he returned to NTT Corporation to continue his research in the HI domain. Since 2023, he has been working in NTT R&D Marketing Group, where he is involved in marketing strategy.
