Biography
Maggie Oh is currently at Google as a Senior Technical Program Manager on Project Starline. Her experience ranges from machine learning, art, engineering, program management, and leadership in film, games, and AR. She has worked on award-winning and innovative projects such as The Mandalorian, LiveCGX at London Fashion Week 2018, Microsoft's HoloLens, Halo 4 and Halo 5, Pirates of the Caribbean 2, Cars, and Star Wars III.
She has written articles or spoken at outlets such as 3D Artist Magazine, BBC, MIT Leadership Conference, IAMAG, Grace Hopper, and ACM Siggraph. She volunteers as a Visual Effects Society (VES) Board of Directors member, VES Bay Area Board member, Texas A&M Visualization Industry Partner, MIT Class Officer, and MIT Educational Counselor. She was an EECS major at MIT, attended Academy of Art to start her MFA, and recently graduated with a Masters from Harvard University.
