Biography
After completing a BA in Fine Art at Bath School of Art and Design, Amy spent some years as a tattoo artist traveling and creating artworks. Her curiosity about learning to code then led her to complete a conversion Masters degree in Computer Science at the University of Birmingham. After graduating, Amy then joined the IGGI programme based at Queen Mary University London, where her PhD research is currently at the intersection of the visual arts and generative deep learning, specifically text-to-image technology.
