Kacy McDonald (she/her) has 20 years experience working in Visual Effects, Animation and Television. McDonald began her film career at DisneyToon Studios in Sydney Australia after graduating from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies.

Working with Industrial Light and Magic for almost 7 years, across the Sydney and Singapore studios, Kacy is a mother, an advocate for women in creative leadership roles and the Executive Sponsor for the Enabled ERG bringing neurodiversity and disability to the forefront of the business.

Kacy's recent producing credits are a testament to her outstanding career, including contributions to blockbuster hits such as 'Ready Player One,' 'Star Wars Episode 9,' 'Aladdin,' 'Avengers End Game,' 'Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny,' and 'The Batman,' among others.
