Dušan jakovetić received the Dipl.Ing. degree from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia, in 2007, and the Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA, and Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, Portugal, in 2013. He was a Research Fellow with the BioSense Institute, Novi Sad, Serbia, from 2013 to 2015, and a Postdoctoral Researcher with IST, in 2013. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Mathematics and Informatics, Faculty of Sciences,
University of Novi Sad, where he was previously an Assistant Professor. His research interests include distributed inference and distributed optimization
