Biography
Weijen Chen is currently a Ph.D. student within the Embodied Media Laboratory at Keio University’s Graduate School of Media Design. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design from the National Taiwan University of Arts, Taiwan, and later achieved a Master’s degree in Food Design and Innovation from IULM University in Italy. Her primary research focus resides within the domain of Human-Food Interaction, with a specific emphasis on investigating the impact of Cymatics on taste perception, dining experiences, and dining behavior.
