Zhiheng Li (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2009. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, and the Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, Tsinghua University, Shenzhen, China. His research interests include traffic operation, advanced traffic management systems, urban traffic planning, and intelligent transportation systems. He serves as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems.
