YAZAKI Syunji is a computer scientist. He received his Ph.D (Engineering) from the University of Electro-Communications in Japan in 2007. His research interest includes high-performance computing and Internet technology. He has started to create VR artwork with HASE Kaihei as a collaborative project, Future Zoetrope, since 2019. He worked as an assistant professor at the Tokyo University of Technology and UEC from 2007 to 2016, a visiting scholar at Ohio State University from 2012 to 2013, and a research associate at Hitotsubashi University from 2016 to 2018. He has worked as an associate professor at the University of Electro-Communications since 2018. He is an IPSJ, IEICE, IEEE, and ACM member.
