DescriptionSlime Hand XR is an interactive HMD system that induces illusory skin deformation in VR. Participants view slime in the HMD's view and feel their skin stretch as the slime. Virtual suspension maintains the illusion. In briefly experiment with children, 56 of 63 participants reporting strong skin deformation sensations.
