Yang Xi is currently an associate professor at the School of Artificial Intelligence, Jilin University. Previously, he was a Special Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, University of Tokyo. His research expertise lies in the broad field of visual computing, encompassing computer vision, computer graphics, and human-computer interaction, with a particular focus on geometric processing, image processing, visualization, and user interfaces. In recent years, his work has concentrated on interdisciplinary challenges in visual intelligence, particularly in the domains of archaeology and medicine.
