Biography
Professor Bharadwaj Amrutur chairs the Robert Bosch Center for Cyber-Physical Systems and directs ARTPark, an incubator at IISc.

He obtained his BTech in Computer Science from IIT Bombay (1990), and MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University (1994, 1999). After his PhD, he worked in Silicon Valley before joining IISc in 2004.

He received the Satish Dhawan Young Engineer Award, Abdul Kalam Technology Innovation Fellowship, IISc Alumni Award for Research Excellence, and is a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineers.

His research focuses on Tele-Autonomous Intelligence, integrating advanced networks, Generative AI, and Robotics.
