Yuta Itoh is a Project Associate Professor at The University of Tokyo, Japan. His research interest is in vision augmentation, which supports and enhances human vision via augmented reality technology, including see-through near-eye displays. He received his Dr. rer. nat. from the Technical University of Munich in 2016. Before joining the university, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the Tokyo Institute of Technology (2017-2021), Japan and a project Assistant Professor at Keio University (2016-2017). He was a research engineer at Multimedia Lab. in Toshiba Corp. (2011-2013).
