Haisen Zhao is a professor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, at Shandong University. His research interest lies in computer graphics and their application for digital fabrication. He completed his Ph.D. at Shandong University (2018) and received Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Shandong University in 2014 and 2011, respectively. Haisen Zhao was postdoctoral at the University of Washington from 2019 to 2021. He was postdoctoral at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria (IST Austria) from 2021 to 2022. He has published 10+ papers in top conferences or journals, such as ACM SIGGRAPH/Asia, ACM TOG, IEEE TVCG, and IROS. He received the First prize of the Shandong Natural Science Award of Shandong Province in 2020 and the Doctoral Dissertation Award from CCF in 2019.
