Joseph Paradiso is Alexander Dreyfoos (1954) Professor of Media Arts and Sciences and directs the Responsive Environments group at the MIT Media Lab, which explores how sensor networks augment and mediate human experience, interaction, and perception. His current research ranges from wearable and body sensor networks, sensor systems for built and natural environments, space-based systems, to interactive music/media.
