Professor Chu is a full professor in the Department of Computer Science at National Tsing Hua University and director of the Sports Technology Center. His expertise spans Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Extended Reality, and Human-Computer Interaction. Since 2011, he has published over 50 papers in top conferences and journals. He received the 2016 research award for new faculty and has served on program committees for international conferences. Professor Chu has led 59 projects, including government-funded and industry-university collaborations, applying research to solve real-world industry challenges.
