Rafael Wampfler received the PhD degree in computer science from ETH Zurich, in 2021. He is a senior researcher and lecturer with the Computer Science Department, ETH Zurich, where he leads the Digital Einstein project. His research interests include conversational digital characters, affective computing, human-computer interaction, and applied machine learning.
