Marina is a tech artist and interactive systems designer. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she returned to Japan to pursue research in both media art and computer science at International Christian University and currently is with the Media Design program at Keio University Graduate School.
Her artwork mixes creative coding and painting, drawing inspiration from altered states of perception and conciousness, mental health, and mixed identity, resulting in captivating and surreal pieces.
