Dr. Malcolm Yoke Hean Low is an Associate Professor at SIT and a member of the SIT Systems Section. He has extensive experience in simulation and optimization, having worked at NTU, A*STAR, and D-SIMLAB Technologies. He holds a D.Phil. from Oxford University and has led many research projects funded by the Singapore Ministry of Defence and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.
