Buntarou Shizuki is a professor in the Department of Computer Science at University of Tsukuba. He received his BSc, MSc, and DSc from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1994, 1996, and 2000. His research interests are human-computer interaction, focusing on sensing techniques and interaction design. He is a pioneer of Active Acoustics Sensing.
