As CG Lead, Ross mentors the modelling, surfacing, lighting and compositing students at the Academy. He has over 20 years' experience working in a range of roles from character animation, direction to senior lighting and compositing TD. He has contributed to high-end productions such as 'Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny', 'The Magician's Elephant', 'Peter Rabbit', 'The Lego Movies' just to name a few. He has held leading roles at ILM, Animal Logic, Plastic Wax, Flying Bark and Liquid Animation.
