Graduated from the Department of Industrial Design at Chiba University in 1996. After graduation, worked at Yanmar Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. as a designer for leisure boats and a product designer. In 2001, joined Fujitsu Limited as a designer for information equipment, contributing to the design and development of various information devices. Since 2016, has served as an associate professor at Nagaoka Institute of Design.
