With a career spanning over 25 years in visual effects, Bill Georgiou has contributed to features including the Mission: Impossible franchise and The Hunger Games as well as the episodic series The Walking Dead, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, and Amazon’s The Boys. Georgiou recently served as Visual Effects Supervisor on Disney’s Haunted Mansion directed by Justin Simien. On Haunted Mansion, he supervised a global team to successfully create over 1,000 VFX shots including a fully CG mansion and graveyard environment, hero characters such as the Hatbox Ghost, human digital doubles, hero CG animals, ocean surfaces and various other fx setups, and set extensions.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Georgiou relocated to Sydney, Australia to join ILM in the winter of 2022. Georgiou is an active member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the Visual Effects Society.
