Hitchhiking Hands: Remote Interaction by Switching Multiple Hand Avatars with Gaze

DescriptionThis paper proposes a novel direct hand manipulation technique in VR/AR called Hitchhiking Hands, which allows the user to switch multiple hand avatars by staring them. Hitchhiking Hands enables natural and direct interaction with virtual objects ranging from nearby objects to remote ones.
