Dr. Xiaopei Liu is a tenured associate professor at School of Information Science and Technology, ShanghaiTech University, affiliated with Visual & Data Intelligence (VDI) Center. He obtained his Ph.D.
degree on computer science and engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK),
and worked as a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, where
he started multi-disciplinary research on fluid simulation and visualization, for both classical and quantum fluids. Dr. Xiaopei Liu is now working on fluid simulation and its related visualization and rendering techniques, with various applications.
