Xingyu Ni is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Hong Kong, advised by Prof. Taku Komura. Previously, he received his PhD in July 2025 from the School of Computer Science at Peking University, China, where he was supervised by Prof. Baoquan Chen. Earlier, He graduated from the Turing Class at Peking University in July 2020, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Physics. Xingyu's research focuses on physically-based visual computing, with a specialization in physical simulation.
