Justin Solomon is an Associate Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He received his PhD, MS, and BS in Computer Science---as well as a BS in Mathematics---from Stanford University. Beyond his published research papers and articles, Justin has also published a book called “Numerical Algorithms.” His research focuses on geometric problems in graphics and machine learning, using tools from large-scale optimization, optimal transport, and differential geometry.
