Dorota Kamińska is a designer and researcher specializing in immersive technologies, human–computer interaction, and empathy-driven design. She works at Lodz University of Technology, where she leads projects exploring the educational and therapeutic applications of virtual and augmented reality. Her work focuses on creating inclusive, user-centered experiences that support learning, well-being, and social understanding. Dorota has co-authored numerous international publications and collaborates across disciplines in Europe to advance research on VR in education and rehabilitation. She is also an active member of the Design4All team and the founder of Voxel Research Lab.
