Fan Tang received the B.Sc. degree in computer science from North China Electric Power University, Beijing, China, in 2013, and a Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, in 2019. He is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
